Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurum Secrets, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original packaging intact (including tags, boxes, etc.).
• Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please contact us at [your email] to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

Exchanges:

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for an exchange. We will replace the item at no additional charge.
• Exchanges can also be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same condition criteria as returns.
• If you want to exchange your item for a different size or color, please check if the new item is available and proceed with a return and new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of your return status.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
