Shipping Information

At Aurum Secrets, we strive to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below is all the information you need regarding our shipping policies:

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 3 PM may be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping:

  • Available for all orders.
  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Free shipping on orders over PKR 5000.

• Express Delivery (available only for Punjab region):

  • Delivery time: 1 business day.
  • This option is available at an additional charge. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the availability at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Cost:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
• Free standard shipping is available on orders over PKR 5000.
• Express delivery charges will be shown at checkout for eligible regions.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website or by using the tracking link provided.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently only ship to overall Pakistan.
• PO Box addresses and some remote areas may have limited shipping availability. If you are located in one of these areas, you will be contacted regarding alternative delivery options.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at aurumsecrets@gmail.com immediately. We will work with you and the courier service to resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by third-party courier services.

Customs and Duties:

• For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Changing Delivery Address:

• If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can make changes as long as your order has not been processed or shipped.
